In short, there are 9 columns of interest, CE to CM from the WA_NPS sheet. For each of the column with value >= 60%, he gave +1. And if a column is <= 40%, he awards a -1. Then you SUM it all up. So if they are all >= 60% for those 9 columns, you'd get a max value of +9.

Or if they were all <= 40%, you'd get a possible -9.

But you'll never get a -9, because the formula did not account for the last column CM if it's <= 40%. So, on the negative value, the lowest is -8.

Basically, pops is saying life is not perfect, and can't wait for a perfect storm to see all 9 columns tilt on way or the other, but if there's enough conditions that warren an OVER or UNDER possibility, he wants to know what that is (+8...+4 ...-5...-8 etc).

Pops, I think it wasn't intentional leaving CM out of the <= 40% range was it?

i sure didnt feel like even get out of bet this morning, but i did so let get the show on the road

today is going to be prunning day as i've asked geppi to not send out the notifications until he sends me a complete list of those receiving the spreadsheets and root user notifications (root user will start on May 1st)

grats to jacksonjohn, i would have laid 3-1 that he'd never figure out how to do the pdws sheets starting with day one, but he had to do it all manually, as he didnt have 2007 but kept trying, and never gave up and wound up doing a decent job

new fish in the barrel starting with tonight pdws for monday

let me get back to my pruning

p.s. use sat master and add the schedule into the summary areas from the pdws, same answer

Thanks to all who helped me get through it all, esp. Pops. I was about ready to throw in the towel the first couple of days, but just plodded ahead with Pops direction. It was worth it to this computer illiterate. As soon as I get my 2007 up and running, I'm taking on learning the pivots !!!
