40, got my reading glasses. that fall, I ruptured a disc in my neck, pressed into my spine so bad that my thumb, index, middle fingers and the bottom half of my left arm went numb (I'm left handed). Doc showed me what he wanted to screw into my spine and I said, 'you're out of your fucking mind', so I took an epidural in my spine, 2 weeks of steroids, wore a neck brace, 3 months later, got the feeling back, couple months later, I tore the forearm muscle in my left arm, 2 months of PT. A few months after that while coaching my kids' soccer team, I stepped on a soccer ball and ruptured a tendon in my foot, spent 9 weeks in a cam walker. put on 20 pounds while being inactive, felt like a sloth. finally the breaking down ended and I am back in the shape I was before I turned 40.

J'ever see the ads for Strutz ?

I see no reason why it should help personally....

Between both my knees I have two medial meniscus tears, one radial meniscus tear and a 28 year old torn ACL. I'm not sure that shoe inserts are the answer.

39 and still feel and look like I'm in my late 20's. That sure helps with the females. GF is 27. Still workout, try to eat healthy and stay in good shape.

Thats the key.

26. My current age. And really, it's only because I've yet to take the steps to properly readjust my body and lifestyle after years of college partying. While I've cut out drinking except for the occasional Friday or Saturday night, I don't exercise almost at all (how I'm still only 210 lbs at 6'1" is beyond me, lol. I should be 230 easy).

37 and don't feel old yet (older yes of course). Still play competitive city basketball leagues and workout 6 times a week so that helps (but sore this morning after an OT game last night).

No grey and a full head of hair. But 3 kids and another recently on the way keep you young and make you feel old at the same time.

It's also how you dress, carry yourself, etc. I still buy "nice" jeans and clothes but at some point and age people don't give a shit and wear greasy sweatpants and shower when they get around to it. I'm sure I will be that guy someday too.

I feel sorry for your kids because you're a lowlife scumbag and it's safe to say a horrible father.

btw you're 37 years old you should probably start acting your age dbag.

Good stuff

honestly the only time I ever feel old is when im put in DUMB positions...... im gonna be 43, so with that said.... met a few freinds last year on the night before Thanksgiving... a huge "Im home from college lets go out" night.... well with-in an hour there were 3 of us 40ish guys and 150+ girls and guys 21-25........ that makes you feel old in a hurry...

other than situations like that lifes pretty good....

Im the same age and I grew up an athlete and still hit the gym harder than most younger guys and box regularly, grays have crept into my beard but when im clean shaven nobody knows how old I am. I agree it's how you carry yourself and effort you make to stay active which includes dressing well...I don't have kids so that helps keep me young lol...I was traveling earlier this year thru Europe and met college girls who would routinely peg me for over 10 years younger, Id be asked if I was in grad school or just finished and enjoying my life before settling into work life. I go into meetings with new clients who are shocked to see me across from them until I can prove Im not in my 20s. I will say looking younger and feeling it are different tho, I rarely go places where 20 somethings are common, it drives me nuts. I realize im older when I talk to younger people but physically Im still in the game.

This is going to sound depressing as hell but 25-26 and im now 26 now. been single for about 4 months now and very quickly have noticed how almost all couples have completely shut down the social life, being in the burbs the bar scene has become stale but the city is almost always great but ive def thought to myself way more than I should "what the hell is going on here is this really what I have to look forward to relationship and shutting it down, fuck I dont know
