34 here. I finally feel old. Just no energy like I used to have. And went to mall today, couldn't believe how much older I felt and acted than everyone in their 20's. While I still don't look my age, I finally feel it.

Anyone else?

Still in 20's and every year for the past few years I notice I am a step slower on the tennis court.

I'm not sure when I will actually feel old though. I view people in their 30's and early 40's as still young

Mid to late 30s (a few years ago) it hit me too. One of the sad realities of life, from birth until age 20 we want to be older. Then soon after we want to be younger.

if we are alone we want companionship, if we're married we want to be alone.

I'm feeling old at 44 but that's mainly because my knees, ankles, and shoulders are shot. I have to walk gingerly during my first few steps out of bed because it feels like I'm going to hit the floor. Can't wait to see how I feel in 20 years.

Athletic wise I think it was 34. At high school alumni basketball tourney my class made it to semi finals and won. Had to play an hr later for the championship. We lost a close game to some 20 yr old kids. I couldn't hardly walk next day . Still never felt old as a person till this year. I'm 47 my wife is 40 and we had 2nd child last June. We now have a 10 yr old and a 10 month old. I 'm definitely feeling old with the little one I forgot how tough it was to raise a baby.

About age 40; felt I was not as athletic; at age 50; knew I was not as healthy; at age 60; started to feel I was not as sharp; and not as energetic; but I still feel young, and do not actually feel old in my own mind; I do not feel as old as I look...whatever that means..lol

Funny you mention this, I met a girl today and we exchanged #s and we were texting tonight. I knew she was a bit younger than me but didn't really think anything of it.

Then the conversation goes like this:

her: so how old are you?
me: guess
her: 29?
me: I'm 31
--------silence--------
me: is that an issue?
her: well, I AMMM only 20, so kinda

DAMNIT

So I'm not feeling physically old at all right now, but being divorced now it is kinda weird and I feel kinda old when it comes to chicks I meet.

I literally thought you were in your 50's or 60's. Now that I think about it I'm not sure why though. Maybe it's the old pic of harry caray..

43 years old for me. Played semi-pro baseball for 20 years and had to hang up the cleats. My arm was shot.
Still can not throw a baseball very far with not getting a real twinge.

I am 45. This year I have noticed I am doing shit that is pretty lame. Like trying to take a bite of a sandwich while driving and just making a F'ing mess of my shirt on the first bite. Also at the poker tables I am starting to have trouble seeing the cards clearly depending on my seat. Have had 20/20 vision my whole life. And finally.. my throwing shoulder is cut to ribbons. I prided myself thru my 20's for being able to throw a football 60-65 yds. Now? I am afraid to even attempt to throw hard for fear of what might happen. I have had sleepless nights with the shoulder just for sleeping on it wrong. Bruce Springsteen's Glory Days is a song I definetly relate to now. My hey-day is long gone
