Good afternoon

Wondering if you'd mind taking me off of post review? I'm not a tout or particularly involved with the gaming world. Just a random squid who bets small amounts through a local bookie...

Cheers

Done!

Welcome to the RX. As for sportsbooks, two of the favorites of many of our posters are 5Dimes and Betjamaica. As for money management, I would suggest that you start out by limiting each wager to 1% of your bankroll. This way as your bankroll grows your wager will increase and if your bankroll decreases, your wager decreases. Using this time tested method will protect your bankroll and keep you with the opportunity to have the funds necessary to wager. Keep in mind, no bankroll means no action.

I'm wondering what the term thr juice means

First of all, welcome to the RX. The "juice" or "vigorish (i.e. vig)" refers to the extra amount you pay when making a wager. For instance, if you wager $55/$50, the "juice" is the $5. Standard "juice" is 10%, but there are books with "reduced juice" like 5%. Sometimes, enough money is bet more on one side then the other which makes the books move the "juice" to 15% to 20% or more on a particular game or total. I hope that helps explain the term "jucie". For other terms, we have a glossary right here in the Newbies Forum. Here is the link to that thread. Best of luck.

I didn't make the call on your being banned from the football forums but did notice you ripping ClayBetting and removed at least one of your posts. In order for you to get an answer to your question, I suggest you e-mail our headmoderator a wilheim@therx.com. He will have final say.

It is our normal practice to place a newbie on Post Review until we get an idea of how they will post. I have reviewed your posts and have removed you from Post Review. Enjoy!

Try reading the guidelines on the toolbar above under User CP and FAQ. The image is showing in your profile. If you are still unable to load the avatar, post it in this thread and I will ask one of our other moderators to assist you.

Hi Ted.
Do you know where I could find a site that shows the win/loss records of team vs. team in the NBA?

Ok, Thanks Ted!! Maybe I'll open a thread on it. Thanks again!!

Not a bad idea. Suggest in the Offshore Forum. I've asked our Board Room members if anyone knows of a site. If I get a response, I will post it in this thread.
