This is such a tragic story...

I believe the cop truly thought she was in her own apartment.

I also believe she needs to be punished.

If I was the judge, somewhere between 3-5 years behind bars.

Though, I can imagine that if I were one of the victim's family members,
I'd want more jail-time than that...

That sums it up nicely. I have to agree with all of that. The part about her truly believing she was in her apartment I'm a little skeptical because I can't envision me ever being in that scenario unless I was absolutely hammered. I guess we'll wait and see as more details emerge.

Tragic for everybody even the cop if she's ''innocent''. She has to do time though, even if she really didn't know it was somebody else's apartment. Not exactly a harmless mistake in this situation.

What a mess.

Have you ever had a moment where you pull on the handle of a car in a parking lot thinking it’s your car but it isn’t your car?

using deadly force is a serious thing. cant just go shooting people who are not showing aggression. even if they are in ur residence. a cop should know this. amazing pitch black but she nailed the target twice. I call bullshit. somehow there is more to this story. she was messed up on something or had some issue with this neighbor

Yep, sure have. Then I panicked and shot my gawd damn window out. Lol

You seriously just like to argue.
