ya , like i was serious... 40 days ? i aint going more than 40 minutes between snacks...

Duh, no need to state the obvious.

Keep stuffing yourself with chemicals and hormones. It's much easier to end up taking
the medical professions synthetic drugs than to endure the suffering of fasting. In the
short term, anyway.

As most of us are as addicted to stuffing our faces as an addict is to crack,
fasting even 2 days would be nearly impossible.


Suffice to say that anyone who knows anything about the subject would tell you
not to try for 40 days on the very first fast in your lifetime.

Have done it several times, X-Files! but obviously being a female makes circumstances very different than for males!!!

40 days is not realistic, even 20 days would be at the edge of what a body could tolerate.

I still call BS on 40 days with only water, that is like the extremest possibility of survival sort of stuff.

The Master Cleanse works. It really creates the mental toughness to change your eating habits afterward. It's basically up to you on whether or not you keep the weight off. If you are doing it to lose weight, view it as a jump start and then change your diet and exercise routine about a week after you finish.

I will be doing it for the 3rd time in the past 3 years this weekend.

There is no question about this. Ive done it and still do it. Great way to shed fat and keep muscle. Im an avid weightlifter and this rules supreme. I can give you lots of info on changes to the original warrior diet that makes it much better in my opinion (includes consuming BCAA's/glutamine and casein shakes a few times a day).

Warrior Diet is the way to go fellas. It's actually a very healthy way to do fast.

Thank u! Your ass didnt get fat in 30 days , so dont expect to lose that shit in a quick fast. Just doesnt work. Americans are so impatient. Here is a plan that will work for most of the population

1) Walk or jog 3x a week in the morning (walk for 45 or jog for 30 or so)
2) Eat healthy. Small breakfast like eggwhites, piece of fruit, small bowl of oats
3) lunch = grilled chicken breast, brocolli.......grilled steak, cauliflower.....etc
4) dinner - same as above.
5) Try and lift weights a few times a week....like monday/thurs split. Monday = upper body, Thurs = lower body
6) Carb cutoff. No carbs after 6pm
7) Drink a ton of water. Literally
8) Take a good multi, fish oil, creatine.
9) Have a plan. Set a goal. Keep a logbook. Reward yourself
10) Have a cheat meal once a week or so. Gotta stay sane.

etc...etc...

Do a search and you'll find just as many articles saying how unhealthy it is. In the end, it doesnt take a genius to determine which source to believe. Master Cleanse is a master scam. Get off your ass, walk a little bit, eat less, and improve your health one step at a time. Want impressive results? Put in impressive work.

You might have gained 100lbs in 20 years, you can't lose that in 1 year.

I'm not a fan of this cleansing stuff, but my mind is open.

We may not agree on eminems new CD...But I agree 100% with this post!!! Everyone asks me whats my secret on how i lost the old beer gut and slimmed down. No secret I just did what you wrote in your post and it works... Nothing works over night but if you follow the above post in about 3 months you will notice a huge difference.

Recently I lost my beer gut in about 7 days. What i did different during this period was
get out of my place in the evenings and walk an hour or two in a bad neighborhood.
Though i I continued to have my usual 2 drinks a day, for some reason i ate one meal
less per 24 hours than i normally do. Now i look and feel better.

this is post of the year in this regard...exactly auggie.. you hit it dead on sir... you have to rewawrd yourself or you will binge anyone says they would't binge has not tried a fad diet... they are all money making schemes

i'm probably in the top 5 % of the healthiest guys on here... not sure if that is really saying much with all the fat asses around here .
