Thank u! Your ass didnt get fat in 30 days , so dont expect to lose that shit in a quick fast. Just doesnt work. Americans are so impatient. Here is a plan that will work for most of the population
1) Walk or jog 3x a week in the morning (walk for 45 or jog for 30 or so)
2) Eat healthy. Small breakfast like eggwhites, piece of fruit, small bowl of oats
3) lunch = grilled chicken breast, brocolli.......grilled steak, cauliflower.....etc
4) dinner - same as above.
5) Try and lift weights a few times a week....like monday/thurs split. Monday = upper body, Thurs = lower body
6) Carb cutoff. No carbs after 6pm
7) Drink a ton of water. Literally
8) Take a good multi, fish oil, creatine.
9) Have a plan. Set a goal. Keep a logbook. Reward yourself
10) Have a cheat meal once a week or so. Gotta stay sane.

Do a search and you'll find just as many articles saying how unhealthy it is. In the end, it doesnt take a genius to determine which source to believe. Master Cleanse is a master scam. Get off your ass, walk a little bit, eat less, and improve your health one step at a time. Want impressive results? Put in impressive work.
