I had been thinking about doing the one with lemon water and Cayenne Peper, I beleive it is like 14 days, Ive read some stuff about it and it seems crazy.
Ive also seen in some health stores they have some that you can purchase.
I have done the Master Cleanse (Cayenne Pepper/maple syrup/lemon) multiple times. The most I have ever done it for was 15 days. My wife has done it for 40 days. Nothing but a gallon of lemon water every day.
It really isnt that hard. You don't get hungry after the first few days. One thing I always go through on about day 3 is looking at scraps that people leave on thier plate and thinking "why in the world would anyone EVER not eat that?". And we are talking about pizza crust or the bun from a hamburger. Hell, even a few shreds of lettuce. After the first week it becomes more of a mental thing. If you take a bite of a piece of bread, you pretty much just threw in the towel.
Coming off of that thing is also a delicate process.

Your wife lived on water for 40 days ?
that seems almost impossible even if she was obese at the start !
