Alright guys, im looking to really lose some weight and I need your help

there Is green peppers in there lol. I did put spinach in my egg whites this morning
Green peppers have a small dose of vitamin A. Spinach, broccoli even jalapenos have much more vitamins.
One thing I eat a lot of is Salsa. Homemade that is.

Then you have to adjust. Try to get your workout in first thing after you awake. That is the best time to shed, on empty stomach.

by shed, what do you mean? caloric expenditure is the same in the afternoon as it is the morning.

Screw the juices. Water and lots of it.

What works for me is not eating after 7-8 p.m. If you've never cut carbs before, do it in moderation. Your body will crave for those sugars and it will be hard as you get tired and fatigued real fast.

You will lose weight simply by not eating after 7PM and eating healthier. Exactly what En Fuego said.

yea I got home last night at 530 am and am up now for the kstate/Kansas & Michigan/ohio st games

In the morning or in Kidmans case, when you awake your body in normal circumstances has not had food for at least 6-8 hours. When you workout first thing you are more prone to burn FAT that has stored.
Working out after a meal you'll burn protein first, then calories, and then fat.
Kidman, if I were you I'd take some before photos along with body measurements. Date your photo etc.

I have plenty of photos but yes ill probably take some selfies lol. I just had a biometric screening for work. so I have my numbers up to date

Lifestyle change four years ago for me. I weighed 240 lbs. and today my weight is 170 lbs. I spend an hour a day at the gym and I eat a very healthy diet with no sugar or fried foods. I have kept the weight off for three years. I used to love junk food and now it makes me sick to even look at it.

Try slow cooked oats instead of a packet of oatmeal. Slow cooked much better for you.
Nothing wrong a yolk or two.
My breakfast this morning was four eggs, three turkey sausage links and turkey bacon rolled up in a tortilla with salsa and avocado.
Also had 2 cups of black coffee.

good luck kid.. i am going to jamaica tomorrow for a week and when i get back, i am starting my routine. i am 51 , 5'9" and 225. its not all fat as i am pretty muscular in the leg and shoulder area. but still way to much fat around the waist.

i want to get under 200 by march. love to be 185 someday. i can carry 185 and look pretty cut.


plan on doing a lot of whats listed in here. i have a treadmill and a bowflex. looking to do 6 to 10 miles a day on the treadmill and several excercises on the bowflex.


gonna have to plan the 5 or 6 small meals a day thing. hoping to drink a bottle of water every hour and a half.

yea, the water is new to me. I was never really big on drinking unless I was partying. my pee is so clear right now I think you could drink it. im probably peeing every hour to hour 30 im awake and pissing strong

im going to weigh myself on December 10th, my goal is to be below 293 at that point.
