As I said, you can usually tell what type of mood they're in (Becky & Nicole) when they answer the phone. I respond to them in exactly the same manner I get greeted from either of them.

I've never had a problem with them. My last payout from them was received in 2-3 days, and Becky has always been very helpful anytime I contacted her with an issue from anyone. She's TOP notch!

Becky is very good. They are less rude than they use to be, I think they are trying harder now a days.

Well, I have been waiting for over 50 minutes for them to grade a winning wager that I had from today. Looks like the premier customer service continues. I spoke to them after 25 minutes and asked them nicely when it would be graded they said 5-10 minutes. It has now been 25 minutes since and still not graded.

Some do it for free. Other books charge you. I believe TheGreek, 5dimes, Matchbook, all do it for free. BookMaker will charge you $100 for a book-to-book transfer.

How do you do it? I assume you call CS up and request it. How long do they usually take to complete the transfer?

I agree with this comment, plus there is no way that chick makes 10 closer to 6 I'll bet.

I go OUT of my way to be polite to people when i asking them to do something for me, it wouldn't be in my self interest not to do so, but whether you believe it or not the people that make the least can sometimes be the least professional because they don't have as much to lose if they lose their job - there are plenty of $10 an hour jobs out there and they know it - however, if someone is pulling in 6 figures they have much more to lose and like it or not their behavior is usually influenced by this, not always, but usually.

Where are you getting this $10 an hour number, do you really believe they make that much? Starting wage at 5dimes is about four bucks an hour.

Have nothing to back the number out, just picked a random number, it was a guess.

- there are plenty of $10 an hour jobs out there and they know it -

These places are located in Jamaica, Costa Rica, Aruba, etc.

There are not many other jobs there , this is survival for these people

I travel to these placed to get away from our cold winters. I Know

maybe you should too, get out of your castle .

I usually go into live chat and ask. Usually they have you send an email to both books in one email asking for the transfer. You then have to give your name and the account numbers at the books involved.
