I remember I had several appeals where the guy busted out a few email exchanges or documented conversations that, even though out of context, made it an easy win for him.

Man, I see what you're saying, but I don't think this is a winnable war. I'll keep documentation but it'll just be like a personal notebook that I have. The game is set up so you can't win. I understand from an employer's perspective as there can be a lot of bad employees. Anyways, whatever.

I've been fired from one job my entire life and my manager hated me from day one.

She did everything possible to get me canned. I didnt kiss her ass like everyone else. Ive never played the politics game. She would call meetings in the morning and not tell me about it.
