WSEX slowpay

I've been waiting over 70 days for a bank draft from this book. CS won't reply to emails or answer livechat.

WTF is going on with this place? Used to be an excellent book in every respect. Not one I would currently recommend after this experience.

BetJamaica! These other books should be out of business with their slow pays. I just don't understand why customers put up with the books who have trouble paying. Start voting with your wallets!

I hate to jump on WSEX but they seem to slow pay everyone. Total bullshit. I won't play there any more.

The crazy part is that they can't use excuses from 2 years ago about this being a different climate post-neteller. At some point they have to find an alternative. My other books have. 5dimes is stellar. Many others are still paying fast.

If this is true why can't I walk over to William Road and collect a cheque?

You used to hear about WSEX in every other thread. Now you hardly ever see them mentioned.

But I still won't forget about them coming to the front and paying that guy full track odds on the Derby when they could have easily just put him off due to their disclaimer.

It may well be. I transferred some to Matchbook, WSEX's sister book. I was charged to do this but I did make some plays at Matchbook. Most other books will expect you to roll over funds to pay for the transfer, I don't want to do that. I just want O-U-T of offshore.

Part of me feels the same way. Had an account with then for ~10 years. Maybe I'm crazy, but given my history with them, it's THE ONLY offshore place (that takes US action) I'd feel comfortable having a large sum of cash. Maybe I just have a soft spot for them given I've known a few of the people over the years.

Now, I've had a few payout delays, but nothing like "months" and/or being ignored by customer service. That strikes me as insane.

But maybe I'm just living in the past? Really really sad if this is true. :think2:

I also think something is suspect - it's like telling me CRIS, OLY or PIN is slow paying - but I will say that his thread is making me think twice.

Being dealing with them in on a constant basis. Only request moneybookers payouts aand book to book transfers and never a problem.
