But guys just like anything else in life, some ppl have no self discipline.

Ppl do it with alcohol, with drugs, with eating, and many other things.

I've even heard of guys who have an addiction to strip clubs & blow every dime weekly instead of paying their bills.

It's not the hobby or recreation that's the problem.

The problem is the few people who have no control over themselves...

But Hache...... All due respect....... Things alcohol, drugs, over-eating..... those are all things that are generally hellishly overpriced and can be recognized up front as things very harmful to people.

Seems like gambling is probably the only thing that advertises to draw in customers (ads on every conceivable media)..... and then entices folks further with coupons, comps, give-a-ways, club cards, and anything else that can dream up (after they on on property) to encourage continued and more ridiculous spending behavior.

Well.... At least they make the effort to make sure people can't open the windows in rooms on the high floors of the hotel..... To make sure it won't be easy to commit suicide.

why do you think the average person can only stand about 3 days in vegas at a time, the gold at the end of the rainbow does not happen for most
