Jesus Tiger was special man ooo man,,,

I mean, in literally every tournament he played, he could pull shit like that,,

My solution to SAVE golf is to put Bonuses on GOING FOR IT,,

Golfers are rewarded for playing it safe,,, FK that,,, put a crazy bonus out there for a SANDY, a ChIPI, a Birdie, and EAGLE, and maybe put a MIL dollar Bounty for a double eagle!!,,

if they did this on all the Majors,, Golf would be AMAZING again,, weve got some great talent here,,, they are just incentivized to Lay up,,,

i agree, just can't see another dominate as these two did going forward. Anything is possible but its extremely unlikely. The sport is attracting more people, the very athletic as well. Game is more global. Massive growth in Asia. Technology has been pushed so far forward. Off center shots arent as penal, drivers much longer. That all adds up to a more competitive environment.

more profound on the LPGA tour, but slowly filtering onto the PGA Tour

LPGA top 10 in the World

1. Ariya Jutanuharn- Thailand
2. Sung Hyun Park- S Korea
3. Minjee Lee - Australia
4. So Yeon Ryu- S Korea
5. Inbee Park- S Korea
6. Lexi Thompson- USA
7. Nasa Hatoka- Japan
8. Nelly Korda- USA
9. Brooke Henderson- Canada
10. Georgia Hall- England

if someone would have told you in 1999 that fast forward 20 yrs : 50% of the top 10 players in the world would be from Asia ....................the top 25? 56% from Asia, including a player from China

Park is a fuckin beast, hits it a mile with an effortless swing. She shot 64 today to win the HSBC Womens World Championship

4 South Koreans made the cut this week at The Honda Classic, with Kyoung-Hoon Lee 1 shot behind

Arnie's tournament this week, Bay Hill Invitational ................horses for courses, Tiger has won here EIGHT times. But he pulled out. Neck strain...not fun getting old

Tiger-Woods-Arnold-Palmer.jpg

defending Champ is Mr McIlroy. Past champions in this week's field that r in good form : McIlroy, J Day, M Leishman

world number Justin Rose in the field, well rested. No longer endorses Taylor Made. Signed a 10 club deal with Honma . HUGE deal for the Japanese company.....Poulter is in good form, finishing in the top 6 in his last 4 tournaments.........Cameron Champ in the field, always nice to watch a swing going at 130mph and end with beautiful balance :)

Tommy with a share of of lead.

beautiful, a fuckin repetitive seemingly simplistic body movement.....same ball flight ...over and over again....paid millions to do it. THINK ABOUT this; hit a golf ball PURE, FLUSH and get paid........

in the hunt, in the final pairing.............AGAIN......is the defending Champion. What a start to 2019 for Rory!!!!!!!!

rory-mcilroy-bay-hill-sunday-2018.jpg

1. M Fitzpatrick (England) -9
2. R McIlroy ( N Ireland) -8
3. A Baddelay (Australia) -7
M Wallace (England) -7
K Kisner (USA) -7

a whole bunch at -6, -5. Dont think -4 is out of it, not on this course. First few holes are brutal. Those top 4 shouldnt scare Rory

FINAL ROUND AT BAY HILL!!!!!!!

A SCORCHING 64 to chase the leaders and win Bay Hill. Keep in mind the greens were stupid fast...............The Open Champion and Ryder Cup assassin seemed dead at the 8th hole, proceeded to pitch in. Followed that with a 40 foot bomb at 18, dagger............he called it his best putting round ever...............what a game.......

This week THE deepest field in golf will be at Pete Dyeès masterpiece; Stadium Course TPC at Sawgrass, The Players Championship...............open for play to the public, $500 gives you a tee time .... steep, .... on the Bucket List

since moving The Players Championship to Sawgrass no one has ever won this tournament back-to-back, which doesnt bode well for Webb Simpson.

doesnt favor a specific ball flight, and certainly the bombers have little to no advantage here. If anything, dialed-in-iron play is demanded. Over the last 5 yrs these players have the best cumulative score and they are all strong ball strikers: S Garcia, A Scott, J Day, R McIlroy. 3 of the 4 are in form.....................Thomas has the iron game Sawgrass demands as does Molinari who is in form

this is NOT the track to try to get out of a slump-- J Spieth, C Champ likely in trouble. Mickelson has missed the cut here 5 of the last 6 events

notable Thursday tee times:

No. 1 Tee
1:27 p.m. -- Tiger Woods, Webb Simpson, Patrick Reed
1:48 p.m. -- Francesco Molinari, Jason Day, Tony Finau
1:59 p.m. -- Rickie Fowler, Brooks Koepka, Jordan Spieth

No 10 tee
8:32 a.m. -- Justin Rose, Xander Schauffele, Justin Thomas

8:53 a.m. -- Dustin Johnson, Jon Rahm, Sergio Garcia
9:04 a.m. -- Phil Mickelson, Matt Kuchar, Rory McIlroy

1st round

Spieth 76 t130th
C Champ 78 t140th

Spieth is a mess ytd . 7 tournaments in; best showing t35, and two missed cuts (may make it 3 this week). The amount of WILD shots he's takin ytd is mind boggling. He is 215th on tour in driving accuracy, are you fuckin kidding me?? Anybody see his tee shot on 18? NOT EVEN FUCKIN' CLOSE!! water. Hit 35% of fairways today. Humbling game ..

in a few weeks our first major of the year begins, spring is here ....:). All eyes land on a small town in Georgia , home of revered Augusta National

unlike the TPC at Sawgrass, this venue does a favor a player type- long . It does favorite a ball flight, draw (seven holes are clear right to left favoring off the tee) Rory and DJ are clearly in great form. DJ's best finish here is tied for 4th, he fades it--100% of the time................The course is built for Rory's game, has had his chances but..........., is THIS THE YEAR he completes the career Grand Slam?.......J Rose has good history here, runner up in '17 and '15..........

J Thomas- 3 visits, best finish tied- 17th
B Koepka- 3 visits here, no top 10s
Fowler/Fleetwood- both draw the ball, Folwer has a good track record here
B Watson- former Champion and in good form
Spieth- horrific form, but horses for courses and he loves this place

World Golf Match Play Championship. Round robin done today. Round of 16 is Saturday......a few match-ups are set, one of which is...............

Rory McIlroy Vs Tiger Woods @):)

GettyImages-1014048182-775x465.jpg

“We’ve played tournaments together, battled each other down the stretch at events, but never in a match-play situation, so this will be fun if it works out,.....................i'll be ready” Woods said.

McIlroy:
“I feel like pretty much all of this year it’s been close to what I would think is some of my best golf. I feel comfortable with my game, I’m driving it as good as I ever have, I’ve tidied up my iron play and I’ve found something with the putter that feels really good. I feel like I can sustain this level.

Old Man River takes down Rory. Critical hole the par 5 16th. Rory out drove Tiger by over 80 yards , a MASSIVE 395 yr drive. Proceeds to butcher the hole from the fairway...congrats to Tiger

tough break for Sergio at 7, he's hot tempered and lost it for a few holes. Thought Kuchar handled himself well

has Molinari seen a hole past 15? @) WTF .......the guy is mauling his opponents

how about this Danish kid? Bjerregaard was not lost in the moment, fearless - great putts at 16,17!! It was Tiger that missed the shot one to lose, just wow

to add , was nice to see Tiger hang around and answer questions. He was clearly peeved, had lost a match he was in control of and had just taken 4 shots from 50 yards at 18, bogey GSM. Yesteryear ?...he's walking out, no interview lol.......... A new Tiger
