What I am wondering more about is say, how much could a typical North Carolina tobacco farmer expect to make per acre of land, or per pound of tobacco sold. I saw somewhere that the numbers where something like $3.50/lb and approx. 1500-2000/lb per sq. acre.
Are those numbers in line with what you get on a regular basis? Seems like a pretty good farming industry that most people and/or farmers no little about.
