I am always dubious of women who come forward long after the alleged crime had been committed.

Also since when is sniffing someone considered a sexual assault?

And even if Biden was involved I doubt he remembers.

Seems like he got a little handsy with her, did stuff a 51 year old career politician senator would do in 1993.
