I know the definitive answer, and it is not racist. It is fact. It is an ugly fact, but a fact nonetheless.
US Slave owners had such disregard for slaves that they quite successfuly used animal husbandry / livestock breeding techniques on them. They very simply 'bred' the largest and strongest slaves with one another.
African Americans do not dominate in all sports, but this explains their dominance in certain sports.

The smaller slaves were relegated to indoor work such as butlers or maids. The bigger slaves did the lion-share of the tough, manual labor.
Not all blacks are big and strong but the ones that are have the possibility to make some serious coin through sports. Some say that Eastern Asians by and large have a similar tendency toward intellectual domination.

What if one was to take 1000 black babies from various countries scattered around the world, kenya, etheopiam jamaica, etc etc etc etc....
Then you took 1000 white babies from everywhere around the world aswell, Australia, Europe... You know what I mean....
Now from Birth you put these babies in sports & athletics... nothing but... Would we see a difference?

This is a great question, cuz no way it's genetics or any stuff like that. this should almost entirely pertain to sprints and jumping.. do not see an advantage in long distance running (actually would lean to whites in north america) since we arent counting the kenyans... also i do not see any advantage in the strength department and would lean to the whites there also.. Bill Kazmier remains the alltime great to me.... you notice it because of the sports, sprinting and jumping vs. lifting and long distance running..
At a young age and your playing basketball, football, baseball, your skills grow as you grow. The logical explanation for most blacks being so underachieved in Academics and more involved in Athletics is that they spend more time in the Athletic department. They would rather shoot some hoops, hit some baseballs, play some football then stay inside and write a paper. Which is great if your talent is above the rest.
