Interesting topic but my guess is that 2 of these 3 teams will lose again before the BCS championship: LSU,FLA ST, USC, leaving the third team to play OKLA. My guess would be USC because of who they have left to play and no conference championship. BY the way FLA ST has got to be the most overrated team in the country- They haven't beaten anyone in the top 25 how they are ahead of Miami is beyond me.

socal - NOPE! not "dave" but the 1st letter is close to "d"

as for who will lose between lsu. fsu and usc - it will NOT be usc.

@ arizona (and concord de la salle HS could beat U of A - so usc will mop the field with them)

host ucla

BYE

host oregon state

usc isn't losing either bookend game - and as we have seen from ucla this season - too scizoid - and ucla is NOT going to usc and beating them - NO WAY!

i agree with the people who say FSU is overrated - and if they played oklahoma - the sooners beat them by at least 3 TDs - if not more.

i am also not sold on lsu, either and if they have to play georgia again in the SEC title game - and GA is healthy (a big "IF" for GA) - the dogs can beat them.

to me - USC is clearly the 2nd best team in the country - and i am NOT a usc "homer" at all. i think a usc oklahoma game would be the best sugar bowl matchup. as i said earlier - last season if they had a 4 team playoff - USC wins it - for they were EASILY the BEST team in the nation at the end of last season. they would have torched OSU in the fiesta bowl by at least 2 TDs - and probably more!

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE POSSIBILITY OF AN OHIO STATE VS MIA ROSE BOWL? PROVIDING USC,OSU AND MIA DO NOT LOSE AGAIN. I THINK IT WOULD BE FITTING TO HAVE A REMATCH A YEAR LATER. JUST A THOUGHT

I definitely think USC is the clear cut #2 right now but I think Michigan is the better team. If USC played the Wolverines, Michigan would win. Michigan's defense is better and USC would not be able to outscore the Wolverine offense.

OSU is one of the biggest frauds out there - only slightly less than FSU (if anyone here can tell me how FSU is even in the Top 5 of the BCS i will walk to their house from mine somewhat near disneyland and laugh in your face). OSU will lose AT LEAST 1 more game this season - if not more. michigan will probably playin the rose bowl. as for miami - i hope they don't play in pasadena. they couldn't draw well a few years ago when they played for the title game. what makes you think their fans will fly across country to see them play in a nothing game? miami fans are almost as bad as atlanta braves' fans. put miami in the orange bowl and the fans will show up - because it is a drive to the game. make the miami fans have to put ANY effort in getting to the game - and they ain't showing up. this is why the BCS SUCKS! you have ONE important game - and all the rest are 100% MEANINGLESS! this also means most games can't give away tickets to people. this might sound crazy - but why not get a team like TCU into the rose bowl. yeah - i know that wouldn't sound right - but i promise you TCU would sell more tickets to the game than miami would. and people will watch the game no matter whose playing. so why not put a team liek TCU in it - a team that will sell TONS of tickets and tour packages - as opposed to miami? i also wouldn't mind seeing Va. Tech out here - since once again - you know they will sell a ton of tickets. how many fans in Virginia will come out to a WARM CA to see their team play in one of the most storied bowl games ever? A TON! miami in the rose bowl - NO!

as for a michigan/usc rose bowl - usc would win - easily. take a look at the Big 11's trips out to the west coast to play ranked Pac-10 teams. UGLY! thius is because the Pac 10 has faster athletes and they play a more modern style of football out here. look what a mediocre oregon team did to michigan. don't fool yourself - the score may have been 27-21, but the score should have been a lot worse. oregon was in control of the game most of the time.
