I know this will sound funny but my attitude towards gambing is just the opposite of others in this thrtead. When I place a bet, I EXPECT to lose. Is it because I am a shitty gambler?? Nope, I am pretty far ahead and have done well. It's just my mentality. If you expect to lose, and lose you aren;t disappointed. If you expect to lose and win you have something to be happy about. IMO that's the best way of avoiding the "depression" of losing.
