7 times, I batted over .300 , I also knocked out 250 homers in my career, and had nearly 2,500 career base hits.

For the day time crew...cleaned it up and took away one of the main clues to make it a little tougher....if you saw the answer last night please don't spoil it.

When I first looked at it I thought it was Eddie Murray, he played for 21yrs and 7 times he hit over 300, but Eddie hit 504 HR's.

Ted Simmon's hit over 300 8 times, that I'm 100 positive of...

It's for sure Ted Simmons. He hit over.300 7 times. His 8th wouldn't count because it was 1-3 .333 in 1968 his rookie year. He hit 3 post season home runs so that pushes him to 251. He had 2472 hits however and post season hits don't get him to 2500 but did play 21 years. MIlwaukee and St.Louis played a 7 game series in '82.

look how fast I responded when you SAID Ted Simmon's, I knew he only hit 248 HR'S that's why I threw him out..
