Nope...I get mad at the airline itself. Bad companies pass the blame along for their problems to someone else. For sportsbooks it's always "The techs"

"the techs this...and the techs that" They take no responsibility. I'm not giving my money to someone who can't take responsibility. You do what you want.

The way they handled the situation was bush league... What do you want me to say?

I'm very hard on companies who aren't next to perfect when it comes to Customer Service.

To me, if their website was down a lot, then it would be a problem. That's the only time I've found that it was down though, so it's not a problem. To me, that would be different issue than CS, since CS reps have no control over whether or not a website is running. I work in CS now, and it's very stressful when our systems are down and we have to do all the same work as when they are up. I didn't place any bets at Skybook on Sunday, but others have said that they remained courteous on the phone in the midst of the chaos. To me, that speaks volumes about the kind of people that are working there.

We're looking at CS two different ways. You're looking at the clerks themselves. Sure... The clerks were probably pleasant and I would never BLAME something on a clerk that the company is responsible for. I'm not talking about the clerks. Customer Service (or a lack thereof) is a company philosophy that starts at the top. It's a relgion. I'm not really talking about the clerks themselves as much as I am the company and their policies. Every company should have backup policies in place to service their customers. Skybook does not. Therefore I would never play there or ever suggest that somebody does. May seem harsh to some... But that's how it is. They haven't publically apologized or even written anything on their website.

I'm a member of their site and I haven't received an email that apologizes for their mishap. That's all I need to know about Skybook.

Correction: An email was sent out to all members apparently so that is at least somewhat encouraging.

I've dealt with alot of the customer service departments I would have to say the three best are listed below in my opinion.

1.Hollywood- Have to agree with Shrink this place is in a class by itself.

2.Olympic- close second.

3.Bo-dog.

Hi Hache. From time to time. www.bangedup.com

I like as well. For those who haven't been on it, you should check it out. The owner of the site is a Pats fan to boot.

Rob, can we at least have a hint as to what the password may be? I have a feeling it is something perverted.:howdy:

One of the stories from the website you just posted......

Puppy love: Woman breastfeeds dog

<!--NEWS CONTENT-->WELLINGTON, New Zealand-- A woman in New Zealand says she is breastfeeding her pet puppy because she wants it to protect her baby daughter as they both grow up.

Kura Tumanako told the NZPA news agency on Wednesday that she had started breastfeeding the Staffordshire bull terrier pup after her baby stopped taking her milk.

"I didn't want to waste it so I gave it to Honey Boy," she said.

According to NZPA, Tumanako said she had fed the dog twice a day for the past week but would probably wean it off in about six weeks' time. Her baby, now two months old, is on bottled milk.

"I wanted to raise it (the pup) with my baby," she said.

"I wanted to bring it up with a baby. It will protect her as they grow up," said Tumanako, who lives in Hastings in New Zealand's North Island. "He drinks more than the baby. It doesn't hurt, but it's a little bit ticklish." :>Grin>
