I emailed Royal today to let them know about the "misgrading" on the texas first half, that most books had...

They fixed it within 5 minutes and emailed me back...

They are very courteous, and don't act like you are intruding when you call. And they've been able to answer my questions. Mike, the CS manager, has been very helpful several times, and I think he must do a good job of training his employees. And their wagering reps don't give a sigh every time you ask for a line. Overall, it's just been a good experience there.

i used to say olympic. but i have grown really fond of skybook. i called today and the girl giggled at my password so we had a small conversation about it and she was very friendly then i called back later and that guy was friendly as well even sunday they were bogged much of the day from their site being down the CS still managed to be friendly, curteous and effecient.

and then theres mike, you couldnt talk to a nicer more congenial guy than him. really cool people over there. i have no idea how they stay so upbeat all the time, and they always seem to do a good job.

i more than recommend posting up so you too can feel the love :manwh: if you havent already or at least browsing over their site. although i have been saying good things about SB for some time now so this is nothing new.

I have to give some credit to Las Palmas. They always reply to emails within 10 min or less.

based on what i'm hearing in this thread and others and some other factors, my next new book will be SKYBOOK for sure.

those of you listing Skybook... If their CS was so excellent as you claim they wouldn't have put their customers through what they did the other day (sunday).

No excuse for it...and books with good CS would never do it. So I'm not buying it.

I will throw a sleeper in the mix and say that "MANSION" has great customer service...

When I called them on a DIRECT line asking them questions before signing up, a woman insisted on them paying for the call so she proceeded to diall me back after we had been on for about 15 seconds...

She was polite and thorough with every answer she gave to me...

In my short dealing with this sports book, I am very impressed..

In fact, I just requested my first pay out and will report back how that went...

Also, <b> HOLLYWOOD</b> has always been GREAT to me...
