Enjoy the smog, traffic, no culture, and many ruthless people.

ps- keep a close eye on that nuclear dumpsite a few miles north of the city also.

pss- I heard though the women, slots, and video poker are as good as anywhere.

deleware is a good choice for tax reasons, also northern florida is pretty affordable. would almost definetley stay on the east coast.

Anyplace from New Tampa....north to Ocala.

Our own Mr. Jones is considering moving from his plantation in this area and considering a possible move to Vegas.

Would not be a wise move!

Are you listening JONSEY??

As far as possible away from fish fry.

All he talks about is Las Vegas ...

Hates it though. Tampa is scumbag free, with no traffic, smog or beautiful Mountains.

and ...

The weather in June and July is heavenly.

Nothing more than jesting Fish. I love our place here. Real Estate prices stuck in some kind of time warp. Got it for an outrageously low price.

There are other places in the country I might prefer, but they are few and overall I feel dollar for dollar this area and it's amenities just can't be beat.

BTW that what we did. Bought a house and retired. Got another one in the mountains we love, but looks like I'm gonna to have to start picking a few baseball winners to keep it.

And that is a strong possibility after attending the J. Fishhead, PHD Wednesday night seminars. In just a few short weeks I have gone from typical square to a bettor who bets with confidence and positive expectations. If I can do it so can you. Thats the J. Fishead, PHD sports gambling seminar held at LeRoy Selmon's every Wednesday night. Take advantage while seating can still be had.

A San Diego suburb called Coronado! The view of the Pacific Ocean from there is breathtaking!
