Pujols is by far a better player than Musial by the numbers and it isn't even remotely close. Literally the only category Musial beats Pujols in is BA by .331 to .328. That said, Musial has more value in terms of the lore of baseball and cardinals history, so I can see where he gets the majority of the vote.
If Pujols does resign a longterm contract with the Cardinals, I'd be stunned if he does not become the face of the franchise when all is said and done, as he's by far the best player this franchise has ever had.
