Kiss, You keep saying how much you put in to wager is $4500. The requirement should be $3000. Hopefully you realize that the lowest of risk/win is what counts towards WR at Rio. From the tone of your postings I assume this is what you were told by them and you are unhappy with about their system. I assume this because of the way you type "at risk" ,etc. If this is the case stop trying to make them look bad over a non-issue. It has been their rule for a while and if you didn't know that it's your fault. It is shitty rule that doesn't make much sense to me but many books have it and many more will in the future , get used to it.

Can you give a rough approximation as to when service will be restored? I realize the attacks will continue and I am assuming that you and your ISP are installing anti-DOS software/hardware. What is the estimated time for your solution being installed?
