vasectomy.....they gave me anesthesia.....guy waited grabbed sharp instrument and cut..........shit hadnt quite kicked in yet...............they heard me scream in the waiting room

I had something similar to that. The doctor needled my dick head,
then cut into it. I screamed quite loud.

For more long term but less intense pain lasting a few hours i've
had various situations that are quite similar in how bad they were.

OTOH some of my most pleasurable times have been while under
the influence of alcohol or testosterone {during sex}.

Janikowski missing a 32 yard field goal to cost me a parlay paying 18-1 was a painful kick in the nuts. That and kidney stones.

food poisening about 5 yrs ago..worst 24 hrs in my life ever!!!!! the nasaue was second to none..if that ever happens again ill go to the hospital. To this day i'm not sure what it was..i had matsah ball soup and a chicken salad sandwhich..maybe the mayo was bad..but it was horrific. I don't take well to nausea to begin with..i was moaning like i was gonna die..god awful!!.

I also had a very bad case of food poisoning, it really sucks bad... I swear to god i was on the toilet and couldn't move for like 3 hours. If i had a gun I probably would have shot my self. I got mine from the Outback Steakhouse. I ordered a rack of lamb med rare and it came out pretty much rare; I said fuck it and ate it. The next day i was in such pain i was nearly in tears. The second day of this nightmare I ended up driving myself to the hospital and as soon as I turned into the ER parking area all the symptoms subsided drastically.

If you've never had food poisoning consider your self very lucky.

I'm pretty lucky I guess, the worst pain I ever had was a bruised rib.

Hurt to cough or laugh, and had to roll out of bed for several days, but that's it.

It's a tie between the septoplasmy surgery I had 4 years ago and the kidney stone I passed 10 years ago.

Dislocated elbow/arm. Playing a game of pickup football. Put my arm on the ground to stay up and some guy dove and bent it backwards.

Broke my collarbone real bad on Easter Sunday when I was in high school. By far the worst pain I've ever been in. When it happened, I asked a friend how bad it looked, I'll never forget the look on his face and his words "dude your bone is sticking out"

I've broken my ankle, arm twice, wrist once but I had my teeth zoomed about 3 months ago and it hurt worse.

Awful experience, never doing it again

Only bone I ever broke was my Jawbone, and that was broken by someone else technically!

The broken jaw itself wasn't that painful, more uncomfortable than anything - I didnt even think it was broken, just swollen, so went home and went to bed and didnt go to the hospital till the morning when I realised my lower back teeth were biting down around by upper Canines.

They wired it up and left me on liquids for 6 weeks (most successful diet ever by the way!) but it was when they took the wires out where the pain came in - they couldnt inject the anaesthetic as there were too many points along the gumline and between the teeth where the wire was wrapped through, and the procedure basically involved a numbing spray (which works for about as long as it takes to put the bottle back down) followed by using the dental equivalent of wire cutters and a pair of pliers to pull the wires out.

Was excrutiating and at one point I was gripping and pulling so tight on the armrest of the chair that I am surprised it didnt snap off...

physicallyh---2 come to mind. pulled a muscle in the chest . thought a truck was sitting over my heart.
thought i was having heart attack. 2--being constipated from taking pain pills and having to pass
excrement like a bowling ball through my anus.
women deserve props for giving babies. not sure any guy could endure
that kind of pain.
