Mine isn't easy because there are so many bad ones.

Michigan State vs Penn State Football

Penn State Laying 9.5 (and I am on them)...Michigan State down 17 with 6 or 7 seconds left on the 5 yard line or so. Michigan State proceeds to punch it in. I believe there was one second on the clock. With Michigan State now down 11 for some ungodly reason lets go for a 2 point conversion. Of course Penn St didnt care so they didnt play defense. Game, set and Match...Mich St loses by 9 and I am taking a walk to the garage extension cord in hand...Oh boy was that tough to swallow.

Can't wait to here some of suicidal losses

If you guys want to hear the worst loss ever just look up "the gambler"...it was a real sports special where a guy had a serious gambling problem and in the story he told of one of his 10,000$ losses..

Had the over in a world series game (slips my mind which one)...Total was 9.5 I believe...score 4-4...guy hits walk off two run home-run...first guy come across 5-4...team tackled whoever hit the homerun somewhere around 2nd base...run never got in

1986 World Series.
Had 2K on the Red Sox to win $3600.
Do I really need to go into the details?

Wasn't it the Mets a few years ago? I think Robin Ventura hit the homer and got mobbed running the bases. Since the winning run had scored, he just gave up and joined in the celebration.

Not that I lost big financially on this one but it's by far the worst bad beat I've ever taken.

I have the Charlotte Bobcats +13 on the road at the Blazers about 5 years ago. Charlotte keeps it around 8-9 the entire game and is down 11 with 10 seconds to go. Charlotte doesn't foul and doesn't play defense as the time ticks down and the Blazers are running out the clock.

For whatever reason on earth rookie Sebastian Telfair throws up a 35-footer with a second to go and it goes in. The announcer says "wow, someone is going to have a talk with that young man after the game. There was absolutley no need for that shot."

I sat on the couch for about 5 minutes astonished at what I just witnessed.
