Man send me a recipe or some tips at least will you? Louisiana has far and away the best food in the world but when it comes to Pasta sauces ive yet to find a decent 1..not great mind you just decent .anywhere........Back in the 60's 70's as a kid i remember some old italian ladies that could make killer dishes...havent had anything close since probably 75 or so........

We might have a good game of table tennis. I was going to say that and Omaha poker (just because everyone would argue if I said poker in general). I would've considered saying chess if noone had already said it, but anyone good enough to have put it down is certainly going to destroy me.
