What is the Best Sporting Event You've Ever Been To?

Game 2 of the 2005 World Series was the greatest live sporting event I've ever attended. I ask this question because I'm going to make an attempt to go to the Final Four and the Kentucky Derby this year, two events I've never been to, and I'd like to hear about some other "can't miss" events.

Indy 500 was one of the better events I've ever been too, and I'm not a racing fan.

Love the nba playoffs... Both the run to the eastern conf finals with PP and Antoine, as well as the championship two season's ago were great - went to every game of both and really enjoyed the ups and downs.

For me its gotta be The Kentucky Derby,Ive been to four.Its great.The whole town is celebrating.Plus they have a casino boat nearby.I havent been to many other BIG events ,actually going to my first NFL game this year,I am really looking foward to it !!

Alouettes vs. Renegades on Canada Day, Ottawa was huge dog, kept on clawing back took it to 3 ot's, then won- it was epic.

the best 4 me was the 1999 breeders cup @gulfstream park....lots of longshots that day....but nothing felt better than the 6-9-4 trifecta in the classic....cat thief-buddroyale-golden missle...paid $39 grand....sat in the make shift tent they had in the parking lot on the first turn...screaming like a banshee as they came down the stretch...people thought i was having a heart attack....will never 4get the day as long as i live...lots of funny stories that day....addendum to this story which there are actually many...but the guy in front of me cashing had hit the super...think that paid like 6 or 7 hundred grand!!!

Chargers down 21-6 at half. End up winning 22-21 Field goal goes wide right to end the game.

Super Bowl 39 in Jacksonville. The outcome was Shit but the Super Bowl experience was amazing. Took my wife for our honeymoon there can't beat that.
