What does your spouse say about all the time spent on the internet?

most guys here, spend a lot of time doing their so called "homework" for their capping now NFL has arrived. Does the wife/gf say much about the time you spend on this forum and capping games?

What's a typical NFL sunday like at your house.

Me, now that i am "single" well, alone is a better word. I usually walk to the stadium and get a ticket from scalper and watch the game. On their away games I walk across the street and watch it.

the internet minute is equivalent to 10 minutes...probably why I don't have a spouse anymore.

Not targeting just the married, hell, if you live with your parents/girlfriend, anyone. Mine never realy cared when we lived together, beings it is our sole source of income.

I get a few days warning about Sunday, "I do nothing EXCEPT watch football" day, but really, saturday is also like that too. Luckily (for Coop) I spend most of Sunday watching pre-game shows with him and end up yelling at the TV more than he does. Time is definetly occupied by him searching for info and betting EVERYDAY, but like I said, LUCKILY :lolBIG: , it's ALL GOOD with me!

in vegas some broad was yelling at her husband becuase he keeps sleeping. she was fuming she was yelling at him with the door open and i could see him on the bed they were across the hall from me i saw it when i was getting ice.

after she was done yelling and had started storming down the hall, I innocently asked her "is it beucase he is drinking?" she says real real angry to me "HE DOESNT DRINK!! HE JUST SLEEPS!!" i said "Oh. . ."

so tell your spouse it could be worse if she has a problem with it

the timing of this thread is perfect. my wife just laid into me yesterday. tears, sobbing, guilt trip...the whole 9 yards. i dont disagree with much of what she said either.


what made it worse was that i got killed yesterday and today is starting out poorly.

man, that makes for a bad weekend. i might have to go cold turkey for a while. i was up pretty big this year (for me) but, i gave about $1,500 back yesterday and about $800 so far today. to avoid further losses and more tears...may have to take a break.
