GroundHog....you are going to the Big 12 not the SEC.

NT Jorge Wright, DE Will Clark, LB Terence Gavin, LB Doug Rigg, CB Pat Miller and SS Darwin Cook bring back a good base for new defensive coordinator Joe DeForest (Oklahoma State).

That 70 put up on Clemson more or less describes the air-raid Holgorsen will present to the Big 12.

that is a good group....but playing up tempo teams in the big 12...we need some d-line depth...wright may be moved off of nt to de for rowell, possibly....they are planning on beefing up a lb (snow) and putting him on the line...lets just hope we have a 2nd unit, by the texas game...

if their are any weaknesses for wvu its the d-line,

offense will be fine...

WVU Adds Defensive Back For 2012

The Mountaineer football team adds another player to the 2012 recruiting class in Florida cornerback Rick Rumph.

According to the Catawba College website, Rumph signed with the Division II Indians back on Feb. 1, but is still going to attend WVU.

He becomes the third cornerback in the class including Nana Kyeremeh and Brandon Napoleon. Rumph attended Mainland High School in Daytona Beach, Florida.

The 5-foot-10 becomes the 30th player to sign in the 2012 recruiting class and becomes the 12th player from the state of Florida.
