Blacks aren’t poor because of discrimination. Not slavery, not socioeconomic factors, not bad schools, not fatherless households, not crime ridden streets, not bad food, not bad home life, not social norms.
Acebb my friend, I have to respectfully disagree with you my friend on this point. All those variables you mentioned contribute to the well being and success of all people. All contribute to the education, all contribute to the work ethic, all contribute to the value system. It all matters
And being told you're being held down, being told you deserve government programs to lift you over others, and being told the country is systemically racist also holds them back. Anger and hate and the lack of education and work ethic and a diminished value system all contribute to the decay of our urban cities
The decline of our urban areas can be traced to the advent of LBJ's Great Society
You become what you're told you are. That may be a tad bit simplistic, but it too is a contributing variable
And all of the above contributes to one's IQ
