Doesn't Neteller record the IP address of the client machine when a transaction takes place?

I was under the impression that they do, and that could be the reason why Royal has involved them.

Very strange...Worst case scenario, what is the worst case scenario here? Take away bonus money? Or is this a possible previous fraud being investigated? Must be more to it..

If Royal doesn't respond in a satisfactory manner today I think everyone should cease bettng with them and request their funds. Royal is quickly becoming a joke.
