HTRC,

You are right. I was not part of the conversation.

But as an outsider looking in, it looks awefully suspicious for Royal to continue to take his bets.

If they are putting a hold on his payout, they should do the same for his bets.

Yeah, this dumb guy actually asked for all of his money at one time.

SportSavant, I was just answering those questions in general. I truly appreciate yours and everyone else's concern here. Thanks guys.

It would have been nice to withdraw the money gradually. And I did try that. I have been tring to get paid for 3 weeks now, but they wanted my DL first, then my utility bill, credit card statement, and also last 4 of my SS#. So I never got paid.

Do we all soon forget when panam cried foul on somebody.
A lot of people were quick to believe the panam side of the story!
Look how that ended up!

Agree 100% TT.. The minute they suspect something is wrong then betting should be suspended. Seems like the right thing to do.

I will be honest with you, I am seeing some strange procedures/evidence by both parties in this case.

For those that feel this is not a fair assumption, I apologize.

Strange that stuff like this never happens at books like Pinnacle and Olympic.

I spoke with a knowledgeable person who told me Neteller has nothing to do with this. If there was a fraud possibility, neteller would have frozen all the suspect accnts by now.

quote:
Can someone plase explain something to me.

ROyal aks Neteller to check their records and see if a number of accounts could have been opened by one individual. Neteller agrees, and uses thier own resources to investigate whether this player or player(s) are scammers.

SO here is my question, there are numerous sportsbooks and casinos that have stolen from players. Yet neteller refuses to do anything about it. WHy does neteller always appear willing to assist books, and shut down accounts of those players whom the deem to be scammers. But they do nothing to help players from thier thieving merchants

Good point. Neteller's involvement does seem odd.

All this Columbo stuff by Royal and using Neteller and searching for posting patterns is BS.

Why are they looking for this? They are looking for the possibility he exceeded his betting limits on games?

They can't move their lines fast enough? Did he go for the 100 dollar bonuses?

There is not an outcome where Royal is not at fault here.

Seriously, I also believe this book is in trouble They are going through rapid transition phases and are not handling it well.

I'm not thinking Royal will fall tomarrow but most of us remember hearing a book crying foul at the start of trouble.

Marc you bought up an excellent point that hasn't been touched. Why would/does Neteller want to get involved with "fraud" cases but continue to do nothing against confirmed shit books. BetPanam as of recent included????

The reason is simple: follow the money. When NT does a 'fraud investigation', it will likely affect only one or a small number of accounts, which if shut down will lose only a small amount of business for NT. However, if they shut off an entire site, they'll potentially lose one hell of a lot of money. That's why Panam is allowed to continue to use their services

What is taking so long for Royal to respond in here? Do they intend to wait until the last second of the last minute of the last hour of the day to explain or justify their slow/no/will hurt if pay?

bigbet1234, neteller called me to verify info. They said everything is ok.

I then talked with Royal and they said they need to confirm with neteller and will call me back.

I called them and was told the main guy stepped out for 20 min and will call me back. Later someone else calls and says the main guy is in a meeting for 1 1/2 hours and will call me after that. It is pretty obvious they are not paying today, even after neteller said everything is ok.
