I don't know anything about this book. But I do know that many books have a 30 day hold requirement if you take a bonus. They may very well be a shit book, I don't have any experience or knowledge either way, it seems other have had bad experiences. Here is an example of poor customer service making a mountain out of a mole hill. I'm sure if this rule was explained on the 1st call that there probably isn't a thread in the forum bashing their book. People rightfully get nervous when they don't get paid, even when IT IS justifiable.
Back in my losing days, i had a situation like this. But i read the rules on the bonuses and either it had been changed or originally stated that you have to roll over the money xxx times (i dont remember the exact number) "and" the money had to stay in the account for 30 days. Both conditions had to be met not one... But 4 years later, i have hammered this book and this past basketball season they finally hit me with the "VIP TAG" (Translates to "we are watching you fool!!!!") and even gave me a "VIP" customer service number....LMAO!!!!
That just goes to show you how long these guys have been scamming player and getting away with it. This is way only through being well informed can one avoid being scammed by these types of crooks. I garantee you that the spielmans are not the only crooks in the sportsbook industry. I salute the RX for give the regular joe a forum to discuss and receive critical information.
