WARNING about betus.com

I may be jumping the gun here, but i have a slight warning for betters of this book. I requested a withdrawal on Sunday via neteller and have yet to see a penny. First of all, on Tuesday, a secretary tells me that sicne Monday was a holiday, then they would fill the payment on tuesday evening. I didnt know that Costa Rica celebrated anything except Margaritas!!!

Well that appeared to be a crock of shit, but i waited. Then today I still dont have anything so I call back 3 times until finally someone tells me that I my account is "cash only", whatever that means! Their specific rules state that if you use neteller to deposit, then you must withdraw using neteller. I have only made my initial deposit with them about 2 weeks ago and havent sent any more money. Now a lady tonight on the phone tells me to call some guy tomorrow i nthe afternoon to find out why my they canceled my withdraw request!!Maybe they are not used to paying off winners??? Is anyone else having problems with betus.com???? I think that I will stick to my usual books of playersonly.com and sportsbook.com . I like their software better anyway. If i ever do get my money, then I still will have about $500 left in my account. I guess that I should have requested all of it back, but i wanted to make it seem as though I woudl contine playing!!! Any words of advice for me??

The same thing happened to me when I used Betus. At first they gave me the run around, so I called neteller, and asked them if their was any reason why it could be taking so long. Neteller wasn't any help. SO I kept calling back betus everyday. It took them a week but they finnaly did pay. The one thing to remember is that they charge a wopping 4% fee for all neteller withdrawals.

UPDATE!! Well I finally contacted a fellow by the name of CHAZ today, after about 6 phone calls. He has the personality of a door stopper, but anyway here is what he said. He said that since i took a bonus when I signed up my account that I could not get my money for at least 30 days. Is that normal?? Most other sportsbooks that i have been affiliated with do not impose this restriction. Esp since I lost the bonus bet. But I know why they want you to wait the 30 days is because most other customers will lose their money within 30 days.

Now i have been contacted by 2 other customers of betus.com and they have been screwed with as well. One of them had to wait 1 week before he received his funds with neteller. He called them at least 20 times during this week. And this guy even was down money for the long run.

I guess that betus.com doesnt want to pay out someone who has made money from their casino. For now, I must uphold my warning about this sportsbook. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH BETUS.COM IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE ANY MONEY WHEN YOU WIN!! They are very rude on the phone and seem to act like they will not even send my money to them in 30 days when I request it. Oh yes, I opened my account with them about 2 weeks ago. So it wasnt like i just played 1 bet and then want my money. I played at least 20 bets with this company. i usually use another sportsbook with my main bets. But be warned of this company!!!

MW, G911, Sportsbook Review and this site have warned players to stay FAR away from Betus.com. They WILL ripp you off.

The Shrink made a comment on them today that was negative and he probably has the best opinion of them. They are gamblers, they are liars, they are thieves and their customer service is horrible.

Other than that they are fine.

1.) Betus, OmniSportsbook, Executive and none other than InsidersBettingDigest are all registerd to Dean Ward of CLTBSA

2.) Betus, OmniSportsbook, Executive and InsidersBD are all on the same domain name server CRCOOL.com

Stay Away from all of these companies.

Thanks for the update. I believe that I will forever stick to playersonly and sportsbook.com . I might join pinnacle or olympic someday, but right now i dont want to ruin a good thing
