So According To Your System, It Would Be 2-6 Today
Yanks Lost
Milw Won
Det Lost
Laa Lost
Wash Lost
Bost Lost
Wsox Won
Seattle Pending
Dodgers Pending
Is This Right?? I'm Curious If I'm Following You!!!!thanks

Correct. It could be that the instance where the top "Team Expert" for both teams have the same team is a good fade. I am not sure, yet. It will take a long time of tracking this "system" to find out.

I will post results for both angles I am looking at later tonight.

I used to track the team experts in baseball that went AGAINST the team they were the experts on. Worked good for a little bit but like almost any other system it went down the drain.

Feel absolutely free to use that entire spreadsheet, copy any portions or format techniques, or simply use it as a way to generate ideas for making an improved version for a spreadsheet.

A third line could easily be added underneath the running W~L records for keeping track of daily units....and total units could be kept over on the far left of the spreadsheet underneath the season winning percentage. Just an idea anyway.

I could create a template to show you if I am not explaining it properly or if you are having a hard time envisioning what I mean.

Great stuff Intrinzik!

Well, I have to run.....my oldest son wants to watch a movie and I think he is old enough now that I can finally expose him to one of my all-time favorite movies.....PULP FICTION

I will check back later if I am still feeling awake after the movie. If not, talk to you again tomorrow.

I was following this during the NFL season, the only teams I wrote down were the ones that had both #1's listed. I do not have official results but I know that it was a winning system.

I will post the plays for the two systems that this thread was originally created about in a little bit. Busy this morning and only have time to post what I already posted (fade plays).

Back in a bit.

i don't think is a great idea as a lot of these people really are not "team experts".. I think this just another way of saying "variance". There's 30 teams in mlb and with all the cappers posting on that site there are bound to be people with very good or very poor records when playing certain teams.

In regards to fading a certain capper on WL, I think the best strategy would be to find out one of the weakest on there, and fade that capper for the ENTIRE season, but start in the middle like I have done. I will continue posting the plays, but starting with football season I will be choosing a select few WL cappers and fading every single one of their plays. There is already a few that I have picked out for each sport (NFL, NCAAF, NHL, etc), as well as a few to fade for the entire year in every sport. It actually didn't take me too long to find one who is down an average of around 3000 units (at $100/unit) each of the past six season. That number is simply astonishing to me, but it is simply what that particular capper has done. Take a minute to think just how much that is, and on a consistent basis (each season that this particular capper has posted his plays for, they have lost 3000 units or more during the course of the entire calendar year in all sports combined).

Back with more later.
