doesnt make much sense, if you never made a withdrawal, you must then have made a wager with funds that had been "accidentally" credited to your account.

cx gets credited 360$ (misgrade)....

Cx bets on another game & loses....

Misgrade is corrected & cx winds up with negative balance?

me.... it sounds like you are being very vague?

Can you please tell us, is this the first time yo have visited the RX?

if it happened like this if bet on another game and won would i have been credited for a win. i think not lose-lose for me

Ashley Judd, right?

I think so. Trying to work and deal with the cook and a movie at the same time is like trying to run the Baja 1000 on a moped.

"Me", I verify my balances at every book I play every day there is some activity there. I cannot emphasize enough how necessary it is to know what money you have and where you have it. My experience has been that with just about no exceptions if there is a discrepancy the problem is with me. It is a great deal easier to fix something that just broke than wait a month before getting to it. I wish you luck but don't hold your breath. By the way, I play at V-wager and in my experience their grading is quick and accurate.

I was wondering why no one pointed this out and if I was perhaps alone in this practice. Hell I even count up the cents commission at Tradesports. Perhaps thats why I know the difference between -110 and 1.91 (10 cents on a standard $110 wager).

I had a very similar thing happen with another book.

Evidently they graded a prop as a winner that was actually a loser. I didn't notice. Continued to play and lost my entire balance (including the money graded as a win).
When I reloaded they identified the error and 'regraded' the wager, deducting the funds from my account. Unfortunately they did not notify me of this, instead I had to contact them. They were able to point out the wager in question and all was well (it wasn't really my money since they made an error).

Something close to this with a VO book. They evidently misgraded a wager, before I realized it I bet the credited win amount. I realized it that smae day on my way home on the train from NYC when I was reconciling my accounts. As soon as I got home I made a neteller deposit to cover the wager I had made (was somehting like I had 500 in the account originally, was credited with a 200 win so balance showed 700 instead of only 300 since it lost; I wagered the entire 700, so before the event started I sent them 400). I called them on the phone and told them what transpired. They appreciated that I took the inititive to send the money in, I didnt geet anything for my efforts, but it was the right thing to do.

I still am missing where they did anything wrong, maybe its just me.

in your case do you really think they would have paid out on a bet that you didnt have the funds to cover . if my account was graded a winner 360 and i made bet 360 and it won do you think they would have paid on that bet if my account really had $0 NO WAY
