V-Wager Deposit Problem

They stole my money. i sent them money and when i checked my account it was $360 short of what i sent. when i called they told me last time i used my account 3 months ago they misgraded a bet and my account was -360. any one ever have this BS happen to them

If they misgraded your bet 3 months ago, then I don't believe you'd be in the right complaining about something that really wasn't yours to begin with...

Well did they grade a play wrong? I did have this happen to me before, for legit purposes. My balance started of in the neg, and had to deposit to cover for it.

i sent fishhead an e-mail he didnt respond. i have no idea what they are taking about. like i said i have not used the account for three months if i knew this was going to happen i would have used another book not sent 1000 for 640

Did you have a wager improperly graded the last time you used V-Wager? You never answered the ?

1) wager gets 'Misgraded'

2) customer shortly after mistake requests withdrawal (knowing or perhaps unknowing that the wager was graded incorrectly).

3) next time customer re-ups misgraded wager is deducted from balance.

IMPORTANT QUESTION:

Has V-Wager ever contacted you about the money you owe them? Email? Phone Call? Bet receipts? etc etc...

If not, they cannot do this now.... UNFAIR

So if you knew they made a mistake and misgraded a bet and you owed them money, you would have avoided it?

Please EM the General tomorrow and he will call V-Wager and inquire into the details of the bet that caused the debit.

yes because the 1000 i sent was not all mine half was my cousins just wanted to take a shot he had a few plays (ncaa) he wanted to make and hopefully cash out after money was sent a had to give him his 500 back after telling him this BS that happened. i usualy only bet football so no i am out 1000 WTF

How are you out 1000? You should have 640 in your acct still. Just w/d it and you are only out the 360 right?

doesnt make much sense, if you never made a withdrawal, you must then have made a wager with funds that had been "accidentally" credited to your account.

cx gets credited 360$ (misgrade)....

Cx bets on another game & loses....

Misgrade is corrected & cx winds up with negative balance?
