I don't know much about either of them. Both companies are apparently avoiding fees/regulations because they bribed (IE lobbied and donated, they are funding a UNLV med school I guess) enough people to have them listed as a tech company instead of a transportation company. Looks like the road is cleared. What does this mean for taxi companies in town? I know a few of the taxi companies have apps too. Could they get re-branded as tech companies now to avoid fees/regulations? Just trying to sort this stuff out. Thanks for any replies.
