As I see it, a sports service can cut anyone off if they suspect that he is leaking the plays, but as far as successfully suing a gambling

site for posting the plays/names of teams only, I will believe it when I see it!!

This happened to me several years ago with cowtown spilorts out of texas. Just a couple years ago I has tge Executve serice and always forwarded the plays to Dough or whoever was doing most of the posting at that time. I know the owner of Cowtown and didn’t want to lose that relationship.

It's very simple, if you purchase a product whether it's Al's shitty picks, or a pizza, or a movie ticket, you're allowed to do whatever you want. I can post his plays, I can share my pizza with anyone I want, & I can go on Twitter & spoil that ending of the movie.

However, he can file multiple lawsuits & motions & jam you up for years in the courts; knowing he doesn't have a leg to stand on. But, you're looking at $500+ an hour for a decent attorney & the only person that will win in the end is your attorney when you end up paying tens/hundreds of thousands of $ in legal fees.

I was on the site a few days ago and he had all his plays for the last month or so on there he doesn't do a lot of NBA unless that is all there is but he puts his plays up just don't know why he took them down just remember his 200 and 250 are pretty much comp plays I mainly follow his 400 and up he has been pretty consistent this yr and real good overall with his 600

F the touts these plays have been posted daily for over 20 years. No stopping it now. They'll be posted here or somewhere else.

Almost all are template letters sent to sites but seldom do any legal follow-up. 2nd, site has period of time to do the DMCA takedown which is not immediate.

Once the service provider has received a valid DMCA counter notice they must wait 10-14 days. If the copyright owner sues the alleged infringer in that time frame the material will remain down, but if no suit is filed then the service provider must re-activate or allow access to the alleged infringing activity.
