yep, W-L  he had a very unique career, i did a post on him last year it was pretty interesting, he was not a typical knuckler and had some of the most odd stats....very unique baseball story.

W-L possibly but even so I don't think he'd be the only one.....the one I know is he's the only guy to save at least 20 games for a team one year, and then the next year win more than 20

Clemente but some records suggest there was another one, I think Cap Anson but there are two sets of records for him.

Who is the only player to lead the majors in batting average but not lead either league?

Only guy to lead the majors in HRs but not lead either league (this one is easy)?

Who is the only player to win an MVP and never appear in an all star game (obviously all star game era)?

How about the only player to reach base on 16 straight plate appearances?

Okay I have to do a few sets right in the middle of lifting, I know Eddie Murray did this, he was traded while leading the NL back to the AL, he was nipped by Willie McGee but led all of baseball....back later.

As of the end of the 2006 season, name the feat that has been accomplished twenty-nine times in the National League, and eleven times in the American league by a pitcher. (pretty sure it hasn't happened in 07).

grand slam by a pitcher???

Just off the top of my head that came to mind....I know both Cuellar and McNally hit post season grand slams for the Orioles in the early 70's

Also Ted Williams was who I was thinking of. If it has been broken sorry for the misinformation.

McGwire when he left the A's?

the other answer was Murray as I said earlier.
