betroyal (SBR rating D) locks 30 players out of their accounts citing "syndicate play." Royal Sports had advertised with a handicapper that was having a successful year before the book was purchased by SBG Global (SBR rating D-). The capper repeatedly warned what was now SBG's operation that he and his users were on a winning streak but the book said that it was not concerned because "all handicappers eventually lose." He and the players following his picks won in excess of six figures. The sportsbook now claims it is investigating the group for fraud and has frozen all winnings. SBR to interview the handicapper and contact SBG before updating in further detail. | Read SBRforum poster's report
editor correction: Pay-service handicapper counts 18 frozen accounts, which was confirmed by betroyal account manager. Five players file complaint with SBR.

His picks were tracked at some other site for about a year. At $100 per * you would have lost about $1,000,000 following him for a year.
Just another tout.
Why is that ?? When is it alright for Players ( that are betting syndicate plays ) to lie to the Book.
The Shop has the right to kick them to the curb.
Nothing wrong with what they did, as long as it's True
so if a bunch of guys followed ACE-ACE the book can then call them a syndicate and not pay ?
What was the lie ?
We aren't talking about something like correlated parlays here.
If you bet RAS plays are you part of a syndicate ?
Doug, you trying to compare an Ace Ace type of guy to lets say BW or The Computer guys, and Russians ?? let's be fair here..... We are not talking about an Avg Joe...
And Edward will get his plays in, after that...anyone else can't even touch the line
so you can't even go there.... but after a while a Shop will Boot you from their shop just for playing along.
As you know, there are Different type of Shops out there.... one for the Avg Joe and one that will take "wiseguy" action.
Go to most of these Post Up shops websites, and they will tell you ! it's Listed in their Rules.
They know the difference between someone "Following" the Plays and the ones that are apart of the "Play"
and This I know for a Fact.
BAS: I don't get it ! Seabass is a syndicate and RAS is not ?
is he a bookie, cause i dont think gambling is a crime. what is professional gambling that he is charged with?
ANYWAY.................................................
Just received an Email from someone.......which I will keep to myself
I Don't know this Person, but I guess someone is Reading this Thread, and found my Contact info through the RX.
Here is the Email, Word for Word.
The Truth About Sebastian:
I've have worked with Sebastian for several years. I am surprised to hear about his arrest, but at the same time, if it happened to anyone, it makes sense it would of happened to him.
Sebastian is a tout, and a bad one at that. IMHO, It is essentially to fund his gambling habit, but that is my observation not fact. Beside hockey, I do not see anything special about his insight that justifies people paying him information. Sebastian does rely on others. He does buy other handicappers plays. Even to the extent, he will buy someone elses plays, throw a huge rating unit on it, and tout it as a Game of the Year or whatever he wants to name it. My personal feeling about it is: people that pay for picks should be at least getting it from the horses mouth, not 2nd handed, but again that's my opinion. However, in 2010, he has slowed down buying from other touts in 2010 because of cash flow issues. There was a time where he was purchasing multiple plays from multiple handicappers daily. With that said, not every play he releases is someone elses. He does have his own opinions and makes his own picks.
Given the fact he is a tout, there are certain things that amazed me about him.
He whines about losing yet continues to purchase from the same people. He will talk to customer service reps of the touts he buys from and complain about the plays. At times even before the play losses. I can only hope that his clients do it to him and that's why he does it to others. On top of it all, he is a compulsive gambler. He has absolutely NO bankroll management. He goes broke several times a year to the point he can't even bet on his own games even though he wants to. It's amazing how he is giving other people advice, and he is the worst of all the types of gamblers. However, IMO, Sebastian doesn't view himself as a loser. He has an elitist attitude. He has run up debts and tries to get out of them. Not Opinion, but fact: He is a stiff.
I don't know if he had a bookmaking operation that some people are speculating. He could of been part of one, but if I had to guess, he wasn't running one. I do know he is a stiff. He bets over his head. He has absolutely NO bankroll management, and the fact he is a tout is unbelievable to me. If I had to guess, I would guess its mainly the IRS he is in trouble with, but it doesn't have to do with claiming gambling winnings because Sebastian is a loser.
That's Your opinion and have every Right to it.
Maybe if I knew the full detail's and Who he was Betting/ Bearded for, I would have the same opinion.
whatever happened to booking a bet and paying it ?....as long as it is not a bad line.
I doubt Seabass steamed lines overall. He might have directed clients into a book, maybe a Royal was too heavy on his plays, but that is their own fault. They could lay off action.
He has a link to Diamond on his site, that could be where he is in trouble
