Tony Stewart Runs Over and Kills Fellow Driver on Saturday Night

Yeah, he's done. Should go to jail too. You can hear the car accelerate just before he clips the kid too, and they were already under caution. Just saw a report that he is still going to race today in NASCAR, not sure who is telling him that's a good idea.

That's how these cars get traction, and when you hit the gas with 750-850hp in Rwd car, it fishtails.

idk if Tony meant to scare him and got to close, or it was done intentionally, but the guy is guilty of per se negligence for getting out and walking straight towards a moving car in the first place.

kindof the saddest part of this story is HOW many times have you seen tony stewart get OUT of his car and chase down a competitor and THROW HIS HELMET at that car<<<>????? half a dozen times at least I can remember at the top of my head<<< everyt time he did it though it was on a paved track

As a fellow racer, I've done the same thing a few times myself. The guy is per se negligent for getting out of the car, but YES, I said it, Tony will pay the family at least a Million before it's all said and done. Whether it's behind closed doors, I don't know, but it will happen...

Not Stewarts fault.

It's both of their faults.

The guy on the track for getting out of his car and walking towards a deadly weapon (car), and Tony's for burping the engine and causing the fishtail.

I personally think Tony meant to get close to the guy and scare him, but not hit him, and the guy definitely walked towards the car more than he should. I've seen this countless times at my local dirt tracks and have done it a few times myself (both sides).
