One of the best in the past 12+ years.....but he would have done jack shit if he played in the 80's and 90's. I define greatness by being able to compete in any era. With 2 receivers/many times better defenses/1 RB, he wouldn't and couldn't compete in that time period. Guys like Marino, Elway, Montana etc....all could

You have absolutely nothing to base that on.

by your logic nobody is any good. It is impossible to project how anyone would do in another era. Just because you think it doesn't mean it's true.

I would also argue the game was very different when Brady won in 01 than it is now. He also plays in a salary cap era. Think Montana might have had a different career if they had no move on from Rice Taylor Lott and Craig etc etc because of a cap?

Because I'm a nice guy....

The bet can get convoluted...There is so many different ways things could work out.

Plus, I'm more of a now guy....sitting on an open wager for 18+ months doesn't sound very interesting to me.

Why don't you just sit on your opinion that Garrapollo is the next QB in town, and I'll sit on my opinion he won't play again for the Pats.

We can check in down the road....

"Jimmy G is just as good as Brady", you said that NOT Bill B.

I heard something much different out of Bill. I heard a sales pitch.

I'm not taking your money Chop, but I'll bump the thread the day Jimmy G gets traded.

Yeah more like this then Romo shows up

Chop in order for you to win our Saints Cowboys best season record bet you need the Saints to win the rest of their season games and Cowboys to not win another game. Just a friendly update. Bol. :)

Kraft was asked today, do they have any intentions on trading butler, he said "no".
He was then asked if they have any intentions on trading Garrapallo, he said "you'll have to ask coach" lol

No the reason he is not a saint right now is because he is not a patriot . The patriots are not allowed to trade him because he is not a patriot.

Patriots cannot trade him until he signs the tender or agrees to a contract.

why don't the Saints (or anyone) just sign him again? because the Patriots own his "rights"?

because if anyone signs him the Patriots can (1) match or (2) take a first round draft pick

Robert Kraft said yesterday the Patriots have no intention of trading him, you're usually pretty big on those type of quotes, posted a bunch of them over the years

Wrong.

Because there is a 1st round tag attached to signing him.
Come on man you telling me you don't know how this works .
Maybe you should check his wiki bio.

It says free agent NFL corner .

no shit, and that makes me RIGHT not wrong

take it up with Robert Kraft, tell him they don't own the rights to Butler, and then tell him they already traded somebody that's not on their team, because he said they're not looking to trade him for some weird reason

you're just throwing random shit against the wall now, flailing away, pretending you're the only one that knows anything despite the fact your facts are randomly changing

there's always tomorrow
