You guys have to understand that those rates that are posted on the Super Bowl site is for official Super Bowl parkin only. Ray Jay is surrounded completely by one side by residences and that will be different. By how much??? I cannot answer this. I park north of the stadium and north of mini Yank-me complex. If one is so worried about $ for parking, try to get a cab in this town for next weekend. Good Luck....shit you will pay at least $30-$40 for just waiting in traffic for all of you unsuspectin out of towners.

On a good note. Weather is going to be perfect.

Thanks. I was thinking the cab route was a bad idea too. I was figuring on $20 in and out. Pay another $20 and I can enjoy a clean car with my own tunes. I'll bite it and pay the $60. I don't want spoil the event by having crappy parking arrangements.

Thanks again for all your help Shale. Im going to just go with the original plan and rent the car I reserved. I went ahead and paid for a parking pass as well. Its a ripoff but is worth saving me the stress and hassle.

Also, if you could check out my other thread and help me choose my hotel I would really appreciate it.

LOL Here outside of Detroit if you could put another 3g's on a house that would be a big difference in 30 years.

I just laugh when people say its once in a lifetime thing. Yes if its your team than yes that might be true.

For it being just a onetime deal. I would sell those tickets everytime. LOL I into making money.

We are talking about the Cardinals here. One of, if not the worst franchise in the history of sports. This is truly a once in a lifetime experience. I actually never thought I would see it in my lifetime.

I love the Cards, but lets tell it like it is.

Thanks for keeping a look out for how I spend my money too. :toast:

Im as frugal as it gets. I cut corners whenever I can. I have a good job/career. I save my money.

I dont feel guilty at all about shelling out 2K on this trip. Win or lose, its gonna be an experience I will not soon forget.

it's $40 to park at Soldier Field for preseason and regular season games so $60 sucks but it's not outlandish for a superbowl

we parked in an NFL lot for the Bears superbowl in Miami a couple of years ago
picked up the pass in advance and rolled into the lot no problems

traffic was a pain the ass leaving but that's to be expected

enjoy yourself, you never know when the chance at a superbowl will happen again
