HACHE--THE GENERAL probably believes 39% of the population has an Egg McMuffin every morning.

He also probable assumes BUSCH beer is a very common beer sold throghout the country and is available on tap at 94% of the watering holes in this country.

PS Finally got to 1000 posts here, it only took me 3 years. i started posting here in Dec of 2001. Even though due to the remake it says sept 04.

I remember flying to Vegas in 1980 to bet my 4 team 10 point CFB teaser wagers that were a sure thing!

The education from losing tons of these wagers was priceless.

I've always grabbed a scalp when I saw it, but this is my 3rd week of solely scalping and middling. I was shooting for a goal of 100 bucks a day when I started back in mid January, but now my minimum goal is 1k a week. The longer I park my ass in front of this computer the more I make.

The amount of people that are lifetime winners in the lottery dwarfs those that have won money in sportsbetting.

I have to agree with you 100%. I dont know them all but I know more than my share. I have learned so much in the last 5 years. I thought I could do it on my own, but guess what I couldnt. I seen alot of these guys go bad but the bottom line is they bring down the cheese. I use to buck them all the time. I got bucked so many times riding the horse I decided I wasnt going to ride him anymore. I dont care if anyone thinks different, I know if you beat the line you beat the game. I use to be the most hardheaded person you could ever imagine. I thought I had all the answers, I didnt even have half the answers.

The lines are not necessarily gone within a minute but the Vig is and is the most important piece into scalping bets. 2nd half bets can be the most profitable scalps but are very tuff to get both bets down at line you wanted to scalp with.
