I'm just going to make this the thread for the rest of the playoffs.

Adding for 2 Units:

Packers -2/Cowboys -0.5 Teaser

I'm showing big value on these home teams this week.

1 Unit:

Packers/Seahawks Over 40.5 (+107 Matchbook)

Cold, but clear with low winds.

Missed fg. Man, can anyone have scripted worse luck for my plays today? lol. It'll probably come down the the Titans needing a touchdown now and they'll fail and miss the second half cover by a point. Unreal. Cruncher 0 -- Bad Breaks 10

Yeah 2008 is starting off pretty good so far. Ice Cube sang that song too doh!

Break me off a piece of that horseshoe, lol. That 2nd half of the afternoon game was pure torture, lol. At least I ended up having a good poker day winning two 45 people tournaments and am +money for the day by a good amount. Still, I'd rather win the foots, because that's my name on the line, lol.

I'd shadowing you on the GB/Seattle game and taking U47 on SD/Indy.

I like the points on every game this weekend. I haven't done much research yet but the spreads are off the radar. To me the teams in the NFC are very closely matched. In the AFC, I could see the Colts covering as the Chargers will be without Gates and they were happy to finally just win a playoff game. I'll check back in later...

crunch, any thoughts on Indy o45.5? seems too low

I do like the Over here, as Indy can score on anybody. If the Chargers are forced to pass predominantly in the second half making up a deficit, I'm not sure how much success they'll have versus the very good Colts' pass defense, especially if they'll be without Antonio Gates. I think the best play may be the Colts' Over the Team Total.

Brady -- I'm showing value on the favorites right now, with the exception of Jacksonville, but I'm going to do some more in depth capping this week tomorrow afternoon before releasing my lines. I've still been playing a lot of poker -- running pretty well this week, which is nice.

I've decided to run with the Colts and go underdog on the other 3. I broke my lucky horseshoe in 1/2 just for you. Go get your wife a new mountain bike with this week's winnings since your last one was stolen!!

Pluses for the Colts:
a. Gates is out (leading receiver)
b. Colts appear to have all weapons on board
c. the Norv coaching factor
d. How long into the the game before LT is totally pissed off at either Rivers or Turner?

I see a lot of parity in the NFC teams. I think Seattle is good enough to hang and with TO being an uncertainity and such a huge factor in both the Cowboys previous wins, I'm taking the points with the G-Men.

Okay, here are my lines for Saturday's games:

Legend
Visiting Team/Actual Point Spread/My Point Spread/Value
Home Team/Actual Total/My Total/Value

Seahawks/+7.5/+11.5/Packers 9.2% value
Packers/42.5/45.5/Over 6.6% value

Predicted Final Score: Seahawks 17 -- Packers 28

Jaguars/+13.5/+10/Jaguars 7.2% value
Patriots/49.5/54/Over 9.4% value

Predicted final score: Jaguars 21 -- Patriots 31

***

Both totals on these games moved predictably upward, so I'm feeling good with my Over 40.5 in the first game, and Over 48 in the second. Cold in Green Bay, above freezing in Foxboro, with no wind or wetness forecast for either.

Phew, those lines sure are blowing up! I've put a small play on JAX to win SB, so I'm definitely cheering for the Jags! Not to mention I hate the Pats. Also, I've read at the Forum how it'll be a dog weekend. I'm with you, I think Fav's cover in style. Except NE, who don't really blow out teams in playoffs or SB's anyway (unless you're the NYJ).

BOL this weekend Crunch!

Well the first game was fantastic and a huge start for the Salamis, though I didn't post the halftime Packers and Under bets -- crap!
