I'm getting a little concerned over the weather in Seattle. Rain and 16 mph winds don't benefit the Seahawks whatsoever. The Seahawks need their passing attack to win this one.

If this indeed is the case, and the ball is kept on the ground would it also be best to bet the under on this game??

Yeah, it looks like constant rain in Seattle tomorrow, I'd definitely lay off the Over. The forecast wasn't so bad when I made the play on the Over in that one. I may buy off it tomorrow.

Pittsburgh the weather doesn't look bad, all systems go on the Over in that one still.

Bol guys tomorrow!

They more or less use a West Coast offense. Possession passes mostly to set up the run. A little rain & moderate wind (15mph) will not have a huge effect.

Wash have been playing to defend the deep ball the past month. They will need a much different approach against the Seahawks & I dont see them having the defensive backfield depth to do it.

Also - as long as the winds stay moderate in Seattle you could wind up with a game similar to the one Seattle played in Philly earlier this year. It was rainy (though not a downpour) and there were big offensive plays all game long. It only takes one slipped defender to get some big YAC or running plays.

I feel like the rain will give the Seahawks passing attack some grip. Seattle receivers run a lot quick underneath routes that are difficult to defend, because a big part of defending these passes is the defensive backs ability to break on the ball. The wr's will have fewer issues w/ footing because they are running routes to a spot, not having to break the ball and push off like a db.

Look for Seattle to throw a lot of short balls waiting for Washington db's to try jumping a route and throw something deep.

Apparently, I'm Seattle's 13th man. I took 10 min away from game and Was was kicking FG to go up 17-13. Couldn't believe it...Now watching again and Sea gets TD.

Nice jot TB - Got ourselves a Seahawks ATS win...
To think I was worrying about a 16-14 SEA Final.

Hey guys, the late scoring burst in the first game gave us the Over win, and the Over in this game is off to a flying 7-7 start. Me likey! Spent the afternoon playing poker, including a piddly Full Tilt Poker 17,000$ guaranteed. I took 11th out of 1292, just missing the final table and the real money. Pfft.

There was nothing I loved at halftime of the first game, though I did make a small play on the Over 17.5 at plus juice. I'll post my halftime line for this game regardless of the value.

Apologies if anyone took these second half plays! That 4th and 12 touchdown was a double dagger. I'm coming to expect the bad beats this week after poker (though up in football today, yes). I had Aces cracked three consecutive times over the last two days.

As Ice T put it Today was a good day. Going for the 4 game sweep tomorrow. I've got the Chargers and the G-Men ATS of course. Crunch I know you like the Bucs, but Manning's time is due.

I bet the Pats were sitting back wishing the Steelers were going to pull that one out too. It probably doesn't make that much difference to them but the Jags are a more worthy opponent.

Okay, here are what my lines are looking like for tomorrow.

Giants +11.5
Bucs O/U 39

Big, big value on the Bucs in this game. The Giants limp into Tampa Bay with a truckload of injuries after shooting their wad last week trying to beat the Pats.

I already have 1 Unit Bucs -2.5 (-120) active, but I'm going to add 1 more Unit on the Bucs -3 (+107 Matchbook).

***

Titans +9.5
Chargers O/U 39

Zilch value in this one. The Titans are heavily depleted on offense right now, though they'll be better off if Kerry Collins plays instead of a gimpy Vince Young. If Vince doesn't bring the threat of the run to the game, by George, they oughta' go with Collins. The Titans are still pretty solid on defense, so the Chargers may not be able to pull away and cover the now double-digit spread. This game looks like a second half Under bet waiting to happen. I'm definitely going to look into the "More points scored in 1st half versus 2nd" play.

Due to major forum clogging, I haven't been able to post this until now:

1/2 Unit 13 point teaser

Bucs +10/Under 52.5
Titans +24/Under 51.5

Looks like you're in good shape, Brady. A classic everything that can go wrong will go wrong game with TB for me.
