They need to keep wong in the pen because he can implode again if moved back into the rotation and they need to trade for another reliable arm and backup infielder....pena and berroa should not be on this club. They need to forget molina he sucks and make cervelli the backup. this team gets a lift with cervelli around. last but not least they need to get nick freaking swisher out of the starting lineup....bench material at best....thankfully he knows how to take a walk. If nady comes back and hits this is a frightening team.

They've identified clearly where he went wrong when he established a couple of bad delivery habits to compensate for late season 2008 shoulder pain.
I expect the stretch run of final 40 games in AL East to be the best divisional battle in many years.

Niemann....First inning of season allows 5 ER to Baltimore. A month later allows 5 ER to Boston in three innings. Otherwise, in 46.2 IP, his ERA is 2.70.....So count him as legit

Long time? Depends how you define "long".
AJ Burn-It has found his old non-contract-year form and CC "7.XX Postseason-ERA" Sabathia won't last long in October...
I'm going with the Red Sox for the AL because their Pitching looks deeper to me with Beckett, Lester, Smoltz and Wakefield or maybe Dice-K, if he finds his form and a strong bullpen.
That's a friendly offer, but I've got to believe it's at least 6x1 at most Outs, given that I can see +1300 for Rays Win American League.
So for now, the only bet I'll take is the "Rays finish within five of RedSox" and if correct, you'll have to find a pot connection and get me stoned on my next trip to central TX
