FZ i had the same problem... the system let me create a password of 11 characters but the max characters for poker is 10 characters... change your password

I had the same problem and had to go to their chat room to find out what was wrong. I was using a password like Donkeys7 in their poker client and I had to change it to donkeys7 and then it worked.

That is weird guys, mine has a Cap and it works... mine is 10 characters long with 2 numbers and one Cap

I had this problem yesterday. Click on "forgot password" and put a new one or the same one you had before. When you click on it after you click on Log In, it will take you to the screen name page.

Confirming that yes indeed, if I use my password without uppercase, I'm able to log into the poker client.
